What you’re buying

For $19, Deal Check reads photos of one car deal’s paperwork, shows you the numbers it read so you can correct them, and gives you a report: the out-the-door breakdown, which products are optional, a Texas sales-tax check, the loan math and a suggested script.

Texas only

Deal Check checks deals with Texas dealers only, using Texas rules. You choose the dealer’s state before paying. If the paperwork shows a dealer in another state or country, the check stops and the $19 is refunded in full.

What it isn’t

Deal Check explains paperwork. It isn’t legal, tax, insurance or financial advice, and no attorney-client or advisory relationship is created. It doesn’t sell cars, loans, insurance or warranties, and it takes no money from dealers or lenders. The report is only as accurate as the photos and the numbers you confirm. Check anything important with the dealer in writing before you sign.

Retakes and refunds

If your photos can’t be read, you get two free retakes. If they still can’t be read after both, we refund the $19 in full.

Your report

Anyone with your report link can open it, so share it only with people you trust. Reports are deleted after 90 days.
